Nomination Deadline: June 15, 2024. We are accepting nominations all year long. 

 

Update: If you nominated someone in 2021 or later, that nomination will be considered for the 3 subsequent years without renomination. If you want to edit the nomination, then please resubmit.

 

Please keep in mind the principal criteria for the selection of Distinguished Lecturers: 

 

  • Excellence in some field of magnetics. This is not limited to excellence in research, but should also recognize the important contributions of individuals in developing the applied/technical aspects of magnetics.
  • Excellent communication skills: The main aim is to inspire and enthuse, especially young researchers entering a career in magnetics.
  • The nominee should be a member of the IEEE Magnetics Society.
